As the Roofing Construction Superintendent, your days will be filled with overseeing projects from start to finish. You will conduct pre‑installation inspections to assess job sites and spot potential issues before work begins. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Throughout the process, you will perform quality inspections to make sure each step meets both company standards and client expectations.

When challenges arise, you will identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions to keep projects on course. After completion, you will conduct post‑installation inspections and address any warranty claims or issues promptly, ensuring every client is completely satisfied with the finished product.

This is a full‑time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday
, with occasional weekend work as needed to keep projects on track.

• Experience in the roofing industry with strong skills in quality control, project management, and repair techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and safety protocols
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Relevant certifications (OSHA 30‑Hour, roofing manufacturer certifications) are preferred but not required.
