Job Description
  • Manage projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout and owner turnover.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and financial controls.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and change management.
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule alignment, field execution, and logistics planning.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, scope reviews, and design coordination with architects and engineers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead OAC meetings and internal project reviews; provide accurate reporting and updates.
  • Monitor project risk, resolve issues proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, quality, and documentation.
  • Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers or Project Engineers as assigned.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5-10+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects.
  • Experience in sectors such as education, public work, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, or renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of estimating, buyout, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining accountability and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with high attention to detail and follow-through.
What's on Offer
  • Base Salary: $95,000 - $130,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $110,000 - $150,000
  • Annual Bonus: 10-20% (performance-based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $600 - $1,000 per month
