• Lead field operations across multiple building envelope restoration projects in the Nashville market
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate closely with project management, estimating, and leadership teams
• Drive scheduling, sequencing, and problem-solving on complex exterior restoration scopes
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business on-site

• Strong background in building envelope restoration or exterior construction
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
• Technical expertise across one or more of the following:
• - Waterproofing
• - Masonry restoration
• - Sealants / coatings
• - General building envelope systems
• Ability to manage multiple crews and phases on active job sites
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality

• Superintendent or Senior Superintendent within a restoration or specialty contractor
• Superintendent within a GC with strong exposure to exterior envelope scopes
• Experienced field leader ready to step into a more senior, regionally impactful role
