Position Summary

The Assistant Superintendent plays a critical role in supporting field operations and helping projects run safely, efficiently, and professionally from pre-construction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow into a leadership role within construction operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Lead Superintendent in managing job-site safety, quality, and schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and client walkthroughs.
  • Complete punch list and warranty work with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Respond to warranty calls, assess scope, and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Participate in project meetings, trainings, and industry events.
  • Utilize project management and scheduling software to support project success.
What You Bring

  • Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CMiC, and construction management software.
  • OSHA 30 certification, CMiC, Bluebeam, or Spanish proficiency are a plus.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
