Relevant certifications (OSHA 30‑Hour, roofing manufacturer certifications) are preferred but not required. This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with weekend work as needed to ensure project timelines are met.
What to Expect as a Roofing Project SuperintendentIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre‑installation to completion. Your day will begin with conducting pre‑installation inspections to assess site conditions and proactively identify potential challenges. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate efforts and maintain smooth project execution. Throughout the installation process, you will ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing quality inspections to verify that work meets both company standards and client expectations.
When issues arise, you will identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Upon completion, you will conduct post‑installation inspections and promptly address any warranty claims or concerns, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service.
