Senior Preconstruction Manager – Healthcare Construction

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (up to $180,000 Comp DOE).

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Preconstruction Manager-Healthcare OSHPD/HCAI with experience in Healthcare Estimating and preconstruction planning. The role will leverage OSHPD, OSHPD 1, HCAI, Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build to drive the preconstruction process for healthcare projects, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

• Lead the preconstruction phase of healthcare construction projects, ensuring alignment with OSHPD and HCAI regulations.
• Develop and implement preconstruction planning strategies incorporating Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build methodologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project estimates and timelines.
• Oversee the healthcare estimating process, identifying potential areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure all preconstruction activities align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on preconstruction progress, potential challenges, and strategies for overcoming these challenges.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry, specifically in Healthcare Construction with a General Contractor.
• Demonstrated expertise in Healthcare Estimating and preconstruction planning.
• Proficiency in OSHPD, OSHPD 1, and HCAI regulations and standards.
• Experience with Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and coordinate diverse project teams.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying complex preconstruction plans and strategies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications in Healthcare Construction, OSHPD, or HCAI are a plus.
