Southern Roofing Co. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator & Sales Representative to help grow our commercial roofing division throughout Middle Tennessee. This role combines estimating, business development, and relationship management for commercial roofing projects across schools, churches, municipalities, healthcare facilities, industrial properties, and commercial buildings.

The ideal candidate is comfortable reviewing plans and specifications, preparing accurate estimates, meeting with clients and contractors, and pursuing opportunities that drive company growth. This position works directly with company leadership and plays a key role in expanding Southern Roofing's commercial presence throughout the region.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating, sales, or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, and modified bitumen.
  • Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and perform accurate takeoffs.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with owners, property managers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Proficiency with The EDGE estimating software
