We are looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent for a top 20 ENR Concrete Contractor located in Nashville, TN. The role requires 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor. You will plan the execution phase, coordinate with the operational team, and ensure project milestones are met.

• Develop a project plan for your phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities; prepare the team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Ensure staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets.
• Ensure execution goals are met for your portion of work.
• Communicate project status timely and accurately to all appropriate parties.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Experience across a variety of project types with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction principles/practices; experience on projects over $1 million.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
