Pay Range

$35 – $40 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Lead and enforce site-wide safety program for all trades on an active construction site
  • Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local/state requirements, and company policies
  • Manage and document all incident investigations, near-misses, and corrective actions
  • Coordinate and deliver toolbox talks, safety orientations, and ongoing training
  • Work directly with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to enforce safety standards
  • Monitor high-risk activities (fall protection, crane operations, confined space, electrical, etc.)
  • Maintain all required safety documentation, logs, and reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters on site
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans (SSSP) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce accountability across all crews

Will oversee all safety operations on a large-scale active stadium construction project. This role is responsible for implementing, enforcing, and continuously improving site safety programs to ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and company policies while maintaining a productive work environment.
