We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects exceeding $100 million in value. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, and has a proven track record managing complex commercial construction projects.
Requirements- 8–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $100M+
- Sector experience in at least one of the following: healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Stable employment history with progressive responsibility
- Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area
- Competitive base salary ($125,000– $165,000)
