This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Nashville, TN. The Project Manager will oversee the design, build, and renovation projects for both residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include planning and executing project timelines, coordinating logistics, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, conducting inspections, and expediting workflows to meet deadlines. The Project Manager will also ensure quality control and effective communication between all stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and directing construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Inspection processes and standards to ensure compliance with local building codes and quality assurance
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, schedules, and supply chains effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods and practices including the understanding and reading of architural plans
