Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare Projects

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both healthcare and commercial construction, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all job sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure work is completed to specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in healthcare and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to various job sites.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
