We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead commercial projects from pre‑construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values strong relationships, and is passionate about delivering high‑quality results.
What You’ll Do- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and project documentation.
- Forecast manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards.
- Track project costs, schedules, and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Build strong relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
- 5–8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Sage 300, CMiC, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, and Raken.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.
