Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
We are partnering with a general contractor to hire a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects - managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication while helping drive successful, safe, and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities- Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Support and enforce safety and quality standards; participate in site visits and inspections
- Coordinate daily project execution, assist in resolving field issues, and ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and client expectations
- Assist with estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and subcontractor bids; support buyout and contract administration
- Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, vendor invoices, and owner billing
- Help secure permits and ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and contract requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and closeout materials
- Collaborate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Participate in OAC, subcontractor, and internal meetings to track progress and maintain alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4–8+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience supporting or managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with construction software (Procore, Microsoft Office, etc.)
