Lead Superintendent
We are one of the Nation's leading General Contractors in Multi-family construction. With offices all over the country and a regional presence, we are looking for a traveling Project Superintendent to join the team and start on one of our high density projects in Northeast Nashville, TN. If you are willing to travel from state to state upon project completion, please apply!
What you will do:
- Multi-family new construction projects;
Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style - Lead projects from start to finish, manage site crews
- Ensure project completion on time and on budget
- Manage relationship with subcontractors
What you need:
- 5+ years of Multi-family Construction experience
- Lead one Multi-family start to finish
- High School Diploma
- Able to travel

- Base ($150,000-$160,000) + Project Bonus ($75k on low end)
