Project Manager | Greater Nashville Area | Healthcare Construction
An experienced Project Manager is needed to lead complex healthcare construction projects throughout the Greater Nashville Area, delivering facilities that support some of the region's leading healthcare organizations.
You’ll lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, project financial performance, subcontractor coordination and client communication while partnering with Project Executives, Superintendents, architects, engineers, and precon teams to deliver successful healthcare projects.
Desired Skills and Experience- 7+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing technically demanding commercial construction projects
- Strong financial, scheduling and client management experience
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build high-performing project teams
Competitive compensation package ranging from $145,000 to $200,000, with a 15–25% annual bonus opportunity, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits and long-term career growth.
