Senior Electrical Estimator – Mission Critical, Data Centers, Hyperscale

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, engineers, and operations teams
• Participate in preconstruction planning and value engineering efforts
• Assist with project turnover and support awarded projects
• Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners
• Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems

• 4+ years of electrical estimating experience
• Experience in Mission Critical / Data Centers, Industrial Construction, Large Commercial Construction, Design-Build Projects, Fast-Track Construction Environments
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Accubid or similar estimating software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Blueprint and specification interpretation, Strong understanding of NEC and electrical systems
• High School Diploma or GED required, Post-secondary education or industry certifications preferred, Valid Driver’s License, Ability to pass background check and drug screening
