Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational and capital projects within a dedicated healthcare facility
- Work onsite daily and partner closely with hospital leadership, facilities operations teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Help manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, activation, and transition to operations
- Ensure alignment with healthcare operational and regulatory standards
- 1–3 years of project coordination, construction, facilities, or healthcare infrastructure experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt within a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
