Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an Industrial Preconstruction Manager to lead our Industrial group’s estimating efforts. You will manage a team of estimators, coordinate with operations on budgets, and drive multiple delivery methods from design through to target budgets.
The role requires proven leadership in preconstruction, strong client interaction, and heavy use of estimating software such as P6, Procore, and Hard Dollar. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
