Brasfield & Gorrie is hiring construction laborers and helpers

for full-time work in Nashville and surrounding areas. Whether

you are just getting started or looking for steady work on

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support trade crews with materials, tools, and site prep

* Load and unload materials, move debris, and maintain a

clean and organized job site

* Assist with concrete pours, formwork setup and teardown,

and general construction tasks

* Operate basic hand tools and follow direction from

foremen and journeymen

* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a drug-free

work environment

* Experienced Laborers: capable of working independently

on assigned scopes; OSHA 10 preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

* No prior construction experience required for helper

roles - we will train the right candidates

* Prior construction experience preferred for experienced

laborer roles

* OSHA 10 a plus (we can help you get certified)

* Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

* Ability to perform physically demanding work including

lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, and bending

* Reliable transportation to job sites in the Nashville area

* Valid identification and authorization to work in the U.S.

* Must work in a drug-free environment
