Turner & Townsend
is seeking a Construction Estimator
to join our growing Nashville team, supporting estimating services for a diverse portfolio of projects across real estate developments, data centers (including major hyperscale facilities), and civil and local government infrastructure programs.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and client-focused professional who is passionate about delivering excellence and embodies the Turner & Townsend purpose and values. This individual will thrive in a collaborative environment, bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex, high-profile projects.

• Developing cost plans and estimates fromconceptthrough detailed design.
• Supporting Client land acquisitions.
• Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at appropriate designmilestones.
• Reviewing proposed design changes/new technologiesandpreparingestimates withinappropriate accuracylevels.
• Understanding design stages and estimate levels.
• Providing commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.
• Preparing cash commit forecasts for the construction life cycle.
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders in the preparation of estimates/ cost plans.
• Analyzing labor markets and cost drivers such asunions &tax.
• Supporting ourclientswith monthly presentations.
• Benchmarking integration to ensureaccuratedata capture.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying,engineeringor field related to construction.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in a construction cost management role such as Estimating, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Cost Controls etc.
• Thrives in a client facing role.
• Experience supporting program level cost management for medium orlarge-scaleconstruction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as value management and value engineering
• Strong communication skills.
