We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join an established general contractor delivering healthcare projects throughout the Nashville market.
Our client has a long history of delivering hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory care facilities and other complex healthcare projects. Working closely with leading healthcare systems, the company continues to build a strong backlog of negotiated work across Middle Tennessee.
You'll oversee field operations on hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), ambulatory care facilities, emergency departments and occupied healthcare projects. This role requires a superintendent who understands the planning, coordination, scheduling and safety standards necessary to successfully deliver construction within active healthcare environments.
Desired Skills & Experience- 8+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control and safety experience.
$140,000-$180,000 base salary, annual bonus, comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance for candidates relocating to Nashville.
