The Field Safety Representative II at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. spends 100% of time in the field, observing and coaching workers to correct unsafe conditions and behaviors, and serves as a hands-on safety resource on the project team.
You will reinforce SQP goals, participate in trainings, and help drive safer, higher quality and more productive work across projects. A Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field and OSHA 30 certification are required, with 2 years' concrete construction
