• Candidate will have 6-10+ years experience in custom residential construction (preferably in scattered lot or running multiple projects in various locations).
• Managing multiple projects (6-10 typically) at one time with average construction costs running $490k up to $550k (or higher).
• 6+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
