β° Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:30 PM-9:00 PM or 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Why This Opportunity?Join a contractor supporting the construction of the new Stadium in Nashville, TN. This Site Safety Technician role provides hands-on field safety support for crews installing architectural glass, guardrails, and metal handrail systems throughout the project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who enjoys maintaining a strong field presence, interacting with craft personnel, and helping ensure safe work practices are consistently followed on a high-profile commercial construction project.
Required Qualificationsβ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
β 3+ years of construction site experience
β Background Check Required
β Drug Screen Required
Preferred Qualificationsβ Commercial construction experience
β Experience supporting glazing, glass installation, or miscellaneous metals contractors
β Experience with guardrail and handrail installation
β Fall protection awareness
β CHST or other BCSP credential
What You'll Be Doing- Provide daily field safety support for glass and metal installation crews
- Walk the project throughout the shift and maintain a visible field presence
- Observe work activities and identify unsafe conditions or behaviors
- Monitor guardrail, handrail, and architectural glass installation activities
- Verify compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Support fall protection and elevated work activities
- Conduct routine field observations and safety inspections
- Communicate safety concerns to site supervision and project leadership
- Assist with daily safety documentation and reporting
- Promote safe work practices through positive coaching and employee engagement
- Partner with field supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
- Help reinforce a positive safety culture across the project
