With new communities launching soon in Davidson, Rutherford, and Wilson counties, our team is growing, and we’re looking for talented Project Managers to help us deliver exceptional homes. As a Project Manager at Patterson Company, you’ll oversee the construction of new homes and townhomes in your assigned neighborhoods—ensuring they are delivered
on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality
. You’ll manage the entire construction process, from scheduling trades to walking homeowners through their new home, while representing Patterson Company’s commitment to excellence every step of the way.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Manage material orders, deliveries, and vendor coordination
• Schedule and oversee trade partners, inspecting work to ensure quality
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes; coordinate municipality inspections
• Utilize pay control systems to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments
• Monitor and maintain neighborhood cleanliness and presentation
• Review and resolve warranty requests in a timely manner
• Provide weekly communication to home buyers: setting expectations, answering questions, and delivering construction updates
• Conduct homeowner meetings, including pre-construction, pre-drywall, and orientation

Full-time, On-site

• 2+ years of residential construction experience (project management, field supervision, or related role)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable working with trade partners, municipalities, and home buyers
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to quality and safety
