Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Field Supervisor in Nashville, TN to manage daily field operations and lead residential roofing crews. You will supervise crews, drive safety and quality on each site, and ensure excellent customer service while coordinating between homeowners and the production team.
The role requires 1–2 years of roofing or construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Local travel with a company vehicle is provided.
