Role Overview

As a Construction Supervisor, you'll lead and coordinate all on-site activities for construction and restoration projects. You're the boots on the ground—ensuring every subcontractor, crew member, and vendor stays on schedule, on budget, and up to quality and safety standards. You'll represent the company to clients, solve problems in real time, and keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce company and OSHA safety standards at all job sites
  • Manage daily schedules, adjust for weather/supply delays, and track crew attendance
  • Supervise subcontractors and laborers, mentoring and training as needed
  • Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and materials for safe and efficient work
  • Monitor quality, resolve conflicts, and ensure project stays within scope and budget
  • Identify and report contract deviations and potential change orders to Project Managers
  • Maintain all documentation including daily reports and client communications
  • Send regular updates to stakeholders on project status
  • Lead safety training and enforce proper use of PPE and tools
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in construction supervision (restoration experience preferred)
  • 3+ years working with insurance adjusters or consultants
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Drive
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license (CDL or DOT cert a plus)
  • OSHA 30 and IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Forklift/lift equipment certification a bonus

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Lift and move up to 100 lbs regularly
  • Stand, walk, crouch, crawl for long periods
  • Work in all weather and hazardous job site conditions
  • Extensive travel required—deployments may exceed 3 months
  • Must wear PPE (e.g., gloves, respirators) as needed

Physical Demands

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 100 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
  • Specific vision abilities include accurate near and distant vision.
  • For safety reasons, use of appropriate PPE to avoid situational hazards must be used for example respirators, gloves etc.
  • Exposure to various inside and outside working and environmental conditions.

Working Conditions

  • Occasionally in a normal office environment where the noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled.
  • Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions.
  • May be exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives and vibrations.
  • The noise level on the job site is normally moderate to loud. Overtime will be required.

Extensive travel will be required with deployment times exceeding 3 months at a time.
