Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead virtual design and construction efforts for enhanced project visualization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project phases.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in preconstruction planning and virtual design tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project specifications and cost implications.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Manager-level experience in construction project leadership is essential.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
