Tiello has partnered with a well-respected General Contractor in Nashville, TN who is looking to add an experienced Project Executive to their team who who brings experience working on multifamily high-rise new construction projects valued at/above $50M.

The Project Executive oversees the management and overall direction of projects from preconstruction through closeout - ensuring strong financial outcomes, technical success, and quality. The Project Executive builds strategic client relationships and translates customer needs into new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitors project safety, with full authority to stop work if unsafe conditions exist, and reports concerns to the Project Superintendent and Safety department
  • Develops and sustains lasting relationships with clients, the design community, subcontractors, and industry partners to build trust and promote future business
  • Builds high-performing teams through hiring, mentoring, coaching, training, and staff development
  • Delivers timely, constructive feedback to project team members to improve skills and performance
  • Provides direction, guidance, and leadership across one or more projects, from preconstruction to closeout
  • Partners with Business Development to secure new work for the company
  • Ensures adherence to all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements on each project
  • Leads contract negotiations, pricing decisions, and risk analysis impacting project cost and delivery schedule
  • Oversees each project's master schedule, execution, budget, and financial management
  • Drives results on company initiatives and supports implementation of new tools and technologies
  • Works with both the Safety Director and Quality Control Director to ensure compliance with all program policies and government regulations
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 8 years of project management or related experience (required)
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to implement new tools and technologies, such as Viewpoint, Bluebeam, and other Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
  • Advanced knowledge of local and regional markets, with the ability to obtain new business and close a sale
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivering clear and persuasive presentations
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction finance, scheduling, engineering, estimating, and purchasing processes and techniques
  • Able to read, comprehend, and interpret contracts, drawings, blueprints, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work
