Field Representative

What You'll Do:- Perform construction observation services for land development projects involving utility installation, grading, drainage, and pavement construction
- Serve as a liaison between Project Managers, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Assist with the administration of construction contracts and project documentation
- Review project conditions and communicate field observations to the project team
- Prepare project-related correspondence, reports, and documentation
- Attend and participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Arrange and conduct job progress meetings as needed
- Maintain daily field logs and become thoroughly familiar with project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines on complex land development projects
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor construction progress and compliance
- Manage time effectively to meet project schedules and client expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of project delivery
- Construction Management degree preferred, or High School Diploma with relevant construction experience
- Previous internship or experience in construction observation, construction management, or a related field
- Familiarity with erosion, sedimentation, and pollution-control practices
- Familiarity with pavement construction and utility installation
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare concise and accurate reports
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
