The company performs façade systems, architectural metal panels, roofing, and waterproofing scopes on high-profile projects including data centers, casino construction, and major commercial developments. The Superintendent will run jobsites, coordinate trades, manage workflow sequencing, and represent the company professionally in front of clients and subcontractors.
Position OverviewThe Traveling Superintendent will oversee daily field operations on active commercial construction projects. The role requires a hands-on leader who understands how jobs actually run in the field and can manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics. When not assigned to a project, the Superintendent will work from the Nashville shop.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction jobsites
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
- Plan project sequencing and jobsite workflow
- Run jobsite meetings and communicate with stakeholders
- Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality control
- Maintain daily reports and field documentation
- Represent the company professionally on site
- Support commercial projects ranging roughly $4M–$9M
- Superintendent, Lead Foreman, or Senior Foreman experience
- Commercial construction field leadership background
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite flow
- Ability to manage subcontractors and jobsite coordination
- Professional communication skills and meeting presence
- Field credibility and leadership ability
- Willingness to travel nationwide
