Position Summary

U.S. CITIZENSHIP & TENNESSEE LOCATION

REQUIRED:

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and currently located in Tennessee within commuting distance of Nashville to be considered for this position. Candidates who do not meet both requirements will not be considered.

We’re looking for a motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support projects from pre-construction through closeout. In this role, you’ll help keep teams aligned, projects organized, and communication flowing — making a direct impact on project quality and client success.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate project engineering processes across multiple commercial projects.
  • Support pre-construction planning, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Maintain organized project files, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
  • Manage document control workflows, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues.
  • Assist with procurement tracking, reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • Support a positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused team environment.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Build, CMiC, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with estimating, scheduling and cost control is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
