Civil Project Manager
A growing heavy civil contractor is confidentially seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee site development and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Civil Project Manager looking to join a stable company with a strong pipeline of work and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, Superintendents, clients, and municipalities
- Review contracts, drawings, grading plans, and utility specifications
- Manage schedules, project documentation, permits, and inventory
- Oversee earthwork, cut/fill operations, and site utility work
- Proactively solve project challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Civil Project Manager in heavy civil construction
- Strong knowledge of grading, utilities, earthwork, and site development
- Ability to read civil plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with heavy equipment and OSHA safety standards preferred
