Construction General Laborers at the Titan's Stadium
We are seeking a dedicated Construction General Laborer to perform essential duties on a new construction project. This role involves general labor and cleaning tasks, including sweeping floors, picking up trash, vacuuming water when it rains, moving materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and assisting carpenters and other trades as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general laborer and cleaning duties as required.
- Sweep floors and pick up trash to keep the site tidy.
- Vacuum water during rainy conditions to ensure safety.
- Move materials from one location to another efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness across the construction site.
- Assist carpenters and other trades with various tasks as needed.
Essential
Skills:
- Experience as a general laborer in a construction environment.
- Comfortable working on new construction job sites.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA standards.
- Proficiency in site clean-up and material movement.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- OSHA or related certifications are advantageous.
- Prior experience with site clean-up on new construction projects is preferred.

Work Environment:
Work at the Titan's stadium on a new construction project. The job follows a Monday to Friday schedule starting at 6:30 am. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that values quality and consistency, with the chance to contribute to an important local project.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
