Plumbing Project Manager
MJ Frick Company is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager who knows how to take a project from plans and pricing to completion and closeout. This is not just a desk position. We're looking for someone who can lead, communicate, problem-solve, stay ahead of the job, and take ownership of successful plumbing projects.
• Estimate and competitively bid plumbing projects
• Review plans, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs
• Manage projects from award through final closeout
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Track budgets, job costs, forecasting, and profitability
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
• Work closely with general contractors, clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and field crews
• Identify problems early and keep projects moving forward
• Deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget
• 2+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience
• Proven plumbing estimating and bidding experience
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Experience with job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver's license
You're the person who stays three steps ahead of the project. You communicate before problems become emergencies. You understand that a successful project means more than getting the work completed — it means protecting the schedule, the customer relationship, the quality of the work, and the profitability of the job. You take ownership, find solutions, and want to be part of a company where your experience and leadership actually matter.
• Competitive compensation
• Stable, year-round employment
• Career growth and advancement opportunities
• Supportive leadership
• Collaborative office and field teams
• Established, family-owned company
• Strong reputation built on integrity, accountability, and quality workmanship
If you have the plumbing knowledge, estimating experience, and leadership skills to successfully manage projects from bid to closeout, we want to hear from you.
