Manage project budgets, approve purchase orders, and audit work tickets to ensure job profitability.

Supervise and mentor field crews to enforce high quality standards and safety protocols on active job sites.

Drive daily scheduling, resource allocation, and project workflows using Aspire management software.

Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors through proactive updates and clear communication.

Identify potential site hazards, scope creep, or timeline risks early to implement swift corrective actions.

Conduct regular site audits to inspect construction progress and verify compliance with Middle Tennessee climate standards.

Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience.

Proven experience managing complex construction projects within a commercial environment.

Strong practical knowledge of landscape construction, materials handling, and site prep.

Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of guiding, mentoring, and managing field crews.

Proficiency in using digital project management platforms and tools to track job costs and timelines.

Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
