Construction General Laborer
We are seeking a Construction General Laborer to assist with general labor and cleaning duties on a new construction project. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe work environment at the construction site.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep floors and keep the site clean.
- Pick up trash and debris as needed.
- Vacuum up water during rainy conditions.
- Move materials from one location to another efficiently.
- Assist carpenters and other trades with various duties as needed.
Essential
Skills:
- Experience working as a general laborer on new construction job sites.
- Comfortable with construction safety practices.
- Proficient in cleaning and material movement.
- Familiarity with commercial construction and new construction environments.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Any OSHA or related certifications are a plus.
- Experience performing site cleanup is ideal.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
