Our client is a U.S.
-based exterior construction company specializing in siding, windows, decking, and full building envelope projects.
They are a small, hands‑on team focused on quality workmanship, efficiency, and clear project execution.
Our client is looking to hire a Project Coordinator / Estimator to support estimating and project coordination efforts.
This is a new role and will start as part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), with the potential to grow into a full‑time position over time.
The main focus of this role is construction estimating, with additional project coordination and administrative support as needed.
The ideal candidate has a construction background, is comfortable working independently, and can manage estimates and project information using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare material and labor estimates for construction projects
- Review drawings, plans, and specifications to define scope and requirements
- Support project coordination tasks related to estimating and handoff
- Maintain organized project data and documentation
- Work with spreadsheets (Excel) and estimating software
- Communicate clearly with the hiring manager regarding estimates and project details
- Assist with additional coordination tasks as needed
- Previous experience in construction (estimating and/or project coordination)
- Experience using estimating software (specific tools can be trained)
- Strong computer skills, including Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Clear communication skills
- Experience with exterior construction projects (siding, windows, decking, envelope)
- Familiarity with project tracking tools or CRMs
- Ability to improve or support internal processes
- Part‑time to start: ~20 hours per week
