• Learning Objectives: Learning to produce a short film from a short script written by the participant.
• Job Duties: Acting, moving equipment, recording sound and video, editing video and studying different modalities of film and TV production.

  A serious desire to create film and TV production. Knowledge of digital cameras and editing software is helpful.

  Monday – Friday; 9am‑1pm (4 hours daily, 20 hours weekly)
• Dress Code: Casual
• Travel Required: Yes
• Physical Requirements: Lift no more than 20lbs of equipment
• Working Conditions: Indoor school building

• Full Program: June 1st – July 17th
• June 1st – 3rd: Interns attend assigned worksite for scheduled times.
• June 4th: POWER Youth Summit at Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport
• June 5th – July 17th: Team members on site at their agencies Monday‑Friday as scheduled by employer.
• July 13th – 17th: POWER Youth Summer Employment Program – End of Summer celebration (Team Members can showcase their projects).
• Compensation: $12.00 an hour. Project‑based employment for youth ages 14‑15. Opportunities to intern in many areas of Nashville; select opportunity based on transportation access.
