The Opportunity Build Witt  is hiring a Videographer to help our team capture the best of the Dirt World. This is a chance to work with a high-caliber team, traveling the US and abroad, for a mission that matters.

Location:
This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN. Travel varies by production schedule and season. There are ebbs and flows to the schedule but expect to be on the road 2-3 weeks a month.

• Pre-Production & Planning:
  Actively participate in pre-production, creating shotlists and prepping for shoots; contribute creative ideas for how to best capture content.
• Production / In-Field:
  Travel to construction and mining sites to shoot video; operate handheld cameras, gimbals, or drones as needed; set up and manage lighting, audio, and supporting gear; bring a proactive, positive presence to shoots; represent Build Witt professionally on sites and with partners.
• Post-Production & Workflow:
  Maintain and organize gear, media, and storage; help ensure gear readiness day-to-day; assist with editing/post-production between trips as needed.

• Strong passion for cinematography and visual storytelling
• Proven experience operating cameras in professional environments
• Ability to follow creative direction, shot lists, and workflows
• Ability to organize gear and media
• Positive attitude, curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to improve
• You love being active (this is a physically demanding job) and shooting in outdoor environments.
