Freelance Editor​/Motion Graphic Animator

Overview

We are seeking an Editor / Motion Graphic Animator to provide part-time, project-based support during a 12-week period. This role requires strong narrative editing skills and the ability to execute skilled animation across brand, internal, and live event content. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within established creative direction while maintaining a high standard of storytelling and motion quality.

  Asynchronous with weekly check-ins; must meet agreed-upon deadlines

• Edit narrative-driven video content for clients, internal communications, digital platforms, and live events
• Execute skilled motion graphics and animations across a variety of formats, including digital, brand, and live event environments
• Design and adapt motion content for large-format displays and multi-screen layouts when required
• Collaborate closely with an in-house design team to translate static design systems into motion

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy
• Demonstrated experience as an editor with strong storytelling instincts
• Ability to execute skilled motion work independently from provided direction
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management

• Experience supporting brand campaigns, internal communications, or live events
• Familiarity with large-format, multi-screen, and varied aspect-ratio outputs
• Willingness to work on-site 1–2 days per week for collaboration, reviews, and team alignment
