As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional image of our company and providing top-notch customer service to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients and candidates
  • Provide information about our services and assist with inquiries and concerns
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for our recruitment team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and candidates
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process for candidates
  • Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving our customer service processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule
