Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
Job Description – What You Will Be Doing
The Coordinator, Stadium Experience supports the planning and execution of guest experience programs with a focus on accessibility, communication, and on‑site support. This role serves as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, helps ensure accessibility accommodations and spaces are properly maintained, and supports incident documentation and follow‑up. This position plays an important role in delivering a welcoming, inclusive, and efficient stadium experience for all guests.
GuestCommunication
- Respond to guest communications, including inbound phone calls, voicemails, emails, and online “Contact Us” submissions
- Support ADA‑related guest inquiries and accessibility accommodations before and during events
- Coordinate with internal stadium teams to support accessible seating, interpreters, mobility assistance, sensory accommodations, and other accessibility services
- Conduct routine checks of accessibility spaces and report maintenance, cleanliness, or supply needs as necessary
- Log and track items using the stadium’s Lost & Found system, manage inventory, coordinate returns or shipments to guests, and package and schedule outbound shipments as needed
- Support planning and execution of the Designated Driver Program by coordinating with internal and external partners, preparing event‑day materials, assisting with activation setup and breakdown, and ensuring representatives are properly credentialed and informed
- Provide on‑site support for major events, including Titans games, TSU games, the Music City Bowl, concerts, and other stadium events
- Support the guest experience phone line on event days prior to event start time
- Ensure accessibility‑related guest amenities (including Mothers’ Lounges, Sensory Rooms, Prayer Rooms, Adult Changing Tables, and similar spaces) are clean, stocked, operational, and well maintained
- Document and report guest experience, accessibility, or facility‑related incidents in accordance with stadium procedures
- Assist with special events and stadium‑wide initiatives
- Assist with stadium way finding, signage, and guest experience initiatives as assigned
- Research industry trends and best practices related to guest experience and accessibility
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- A demonstrated passion for creating inclusive, welcoming environments where all guests — including those requiring ADA accommodations — can fully enjoy events
- A people‑first mindset with experience delivering positive guest experiences
