Location: Bexley Donelson – Nashville, TN
Pay: Hourly rates competitive $21‑23 per hour based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses
Schedule: Rotating Saturdays or alternate schedule available. Must be available occasional evenings for resident events. Alternative schedule offers an additional $100 per pay period bonus.
Hours: Weekdays 9‑6, Saturdays 9‑5, Sundays Off

Responsibilities- Serve as the first impression and voice of our community.
- Guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team.
- Balance customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with property appearance, address resident concerns and attend resident events.
- Participate in property walk‑throughs, inspections and other on‑site duties.
- Handle administrative tasks such as applications, paperwork and database updates.
- No leasing experience required; right mindset is essential.
