Support customers with DSCSA return requests by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely, accurate assistance;
Manage incoming emails and case requests, research issues using internal systems, and respond to inquiries related to returns and post-sale order concerns;
Provide customer service by researching inquiries, coordinating with McKesson teams, and following up with customers via email or phone to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction;
Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation in internal system, including but not limited to, case notes, and all customer interactions;
Able to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet various deadlines and customer expectations
