The Customer Care Representative in our Nashville division serves as the primary post-closing point of contact for homeowners. This role is responsible for managing warranty and service requests, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working closely with construction teams and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between homeowners, construction managers, trade partners, and internal teams
  • Receive, document, and manage homeowner warranty and service requests
  • Schedule and coordinate service repairs with vendors and construction teams across the Nashville market
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding timelines, expectations, and resolutions
  • Conduct follow-ups to confirm completion and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and ensure compliance with warranty standards
  • Identify recurring issues and proactively escalate trends to leadership
  • Assist with customer care walkthroughs, inspections, and service appointments as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service, customer care, warranty, construction, or related experience
  • Homebuilding, construction, property management, or warranty experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or service-tracking systems
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in challenging situations
