The Customer Care Representative in our Nashville division serves as the primary post-closing point of contact for homeowners. This role is responsible for managing warranty and service requests, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working closely with construction teams and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main liaison between homeowners, construction managers, trade partners, and internal teams
- Receive, document, and manage homeowner warranty and service requests
- Schedule and coordinate service repairs with vendors and construction teams across the Nashville market
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding timelines, expectations, and resolutions
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm completion and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and ensure compliance with warranty standards
- Identify recurring issues and proactively escalate trends to leadership
- Assist with customer care walkthroughs, inspections, and service appointments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 2+ years of customer service, customer care, warranty, construction, or related experience
- Homebuilding, construction, property management, or warranty experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or service-tracking systems
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Time management and prioritization
