Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Greet guests and answer questions about venue amenities and ancillary offerings;
Promote and sell available offerings, including Vinyl Room access, Fast Lane, Coat Check, and Seat Upgrades;
Process transactions accurately using the venue's point-of-sale system and maintain proper cash handling procedures;
Assist guests with ancillary purchases and provide excellent customer service throughout the event;
Assist with set-up and breakdown of ancillary locations, signage, and equipment as needed
