Monitor and manage a group of assigned gates to ensure all passengers who need wheelchairs receive assistance efficiently;
Communicate with passengers about the airport and airline services available;
Assist with the passengers who need a wheelchair between connecting flights when needed;
Support and assign Passenger Assistants when there are multiple passengers or needing extra assistance;
Coordinate with dispatcher, coordinator and shift leaders regarding gate assignments, delays, or passenger issues
