Responsibilities:

• Help our customers solve their transportation needs.
• Obtain vehicle information
• Dispatch work to technicians
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time and parts estimated arrival
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

Requirements:

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Great communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable with latest technology.
• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is desired.
• High energy level and desire to serve.
• Commitment to a long term career with a growing organization.
• Personal and professional integrity.
